Live Weekly Classes:

  • Mixed-Level Class - Tues @ 6.30pm (PST) A good warm-up, lots of safe modifications for a wide range of abilities and plenty of challenges!

  • Gentle Chair Class - Fri @ 9.30am (PST) Pull up a chair! 🪑 If you are NEW to yoga, recovering from an injury or just need to take it easy, this is the class for YOU!

Recorded Classes

Can’t make it to the live classes? No problem! The class recordings are uploaded to the YLC video library every week so you can do the classes in your own time, and an email reminder is sent out to members.

After just one session, you will feel more spacious in both your body and your mind!
