Yoga Breaks - Simple Breath Meditation (7 mins)
A simple breath meditation that you can do anywhere to help you reduce stress and quiet your mind. All you need to do is sit down and press play!
Yoga Breaks - Chair Yoga Warm-Up (17 mins)
If you need a gentle stretch, this is a lovely simple warm-up, all done sitting in a chair. It works great if you are feeling stiff or having a hard time getting going, or if you are feeling stressed at your desk. It’s fabulous as a standalone practice, any time you need a quick yoga break. All you need is a chair!
Yoga Breaks - Quick Standing Sequence (12 mins)
A simple sequence for legs/hips and back. Perfect if you need a stretch while traveling (road trip yoga!) or a quick break from your desk. Also great to do after a walk/run, or anytime you need a yoga break and can’t, for whatever reason, make it to the floor. (No mat needed.)
Yoga Breaks - Relax and Unwind (17 mins)
A calming breath meditation, some gentle seated poses (including a much needed neck stretch!) and a lovely simple hip release. This is a great practice for the end of a long day, after travel, or anytime you need to release tension from your body and mind. Enjoy!

Yoga Breaks - Restorative Yoga (12 mins)
You will need two yoga blocks for this one. This sequence is from one of our live zoom classes at the YLC and it is fabulous for reversing "the slumpies". Press "play" and feel all of your tension and stress melt away!

This is a lovely meditation for whenever you need to take a break from your busy life and find some peace of mind. Enjoy!

Stiff neck? Tight shoulders? Enjoy this lovely gentle chair class to release tension from your neck and shoulders. Feel your shoulders melt down :)

Feeling anxious and scattered? This is a lovely quick meditation to help you feel calm and grounded. It also works great as an antidote to social anxiety.

Feeling stressed and unsteady? Enjoy this gentle Chair Yoga sequence to help strengthen your legs and improve your balance.
Yoga Breaks - Alternate Nostril Breathing (7 mins)
All of our classes at the YLC start with a breath meditation. This clip is taken from our weekly Chair Class, live on Zoom every Friday at 9.30am! (PST) This is a great breathing exercise to help focus your mind and calm your nervous system. You can do it anywhere!

Recorded Classes
Can’t make it to the live classes? No problem! The class recordings are uploaded to the YLC video library every week so you can do the classes in your own time, and an email reminder is sent out to members.
After just one session, you will feel more spacious in both your body and your mind!
