A simple sequence for legs/hips and back. Perfect if you need a stretch while traveling (road trip yoga!) or a quick break from your desk. Also great to do after a walk/run, or anytime you need a yoga break and can’t, for whatever reason, make it to the floor. (No mat needed.)
