Private Yoga Sessions

Do you have a specific issue that you need help with? Do you have a fitness goal that you want to achieve? Book a one hour virtual private session tailored to YOUR specific needs!

A one-on-one session is a great way to get started with yoga, receive help with a specific issue, or accelerate your progress towards your health and fitness goals. I have been modifying the yoga practice for a wide range of bodies, fitness levels and health conditions for over two decades. I will make you feel at ease and give you what YOU need. You can book long-term private sessions, or just a session or two to work on a particular issue… Up to you!

ALL levels and abilities welcome.

As I like to say: “If you can breathe, I can teach you yoga!” All you need to do is show up and I will take care of the rest.

Fee: $150/hr

Up to 2 people. Please contact me for private groups and in-person rates.

24 hour Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.

My husband was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Autumn of 2020. Fiona designed a set of fluid and substantial sequences for him to hold onto his muscle mass/strength. It has helped immensely to slow the impact of the disease. Her “can do” not “must do” approach brings a feeling of accomplishment no matter your ability on a given day.
