Chair Yoga at the YLC always starts with a breath meditation and a gentle warm-up followed by slow-paced, mindful movements designed to stretch and strengthen all of your muscles. This style of yoga is designed to help you get stronger and more flexible at your own pace, all with the support of a chair. Detailed instructions and modifications are always offered so you can dial it up or dial it down to suit YOU.

Recorded Classes

Can’t make it to the live classes? No problem! The class recordings are uploaded to the YLC video library every week so you can do the classes in your own time, and an email reminder is sent out to members.
